Methodology

This study uses interviews and surveys with families who have experienced significant stressors, including economic hardship, health crises, and social disruption.

Preliminary Findings

Initial analyses suggest that social support, flexible coping strategies, and shared meaning-making are key components of family resilience in the face of adversity.
